Executive Coaching

Leadership is complex, and the higher you go, the less straight talk you get.

I work with executives and senior leaders who are navigating hard decisions, managing up and down at the same time, and carrying more than they can say out loud to most people. My role is to be the person in your corner who will think it through with you honestly — and who won't let you sidestep the hard parts.

No smoke, no platitudes.  Just straight, thoughtful work and a way forward.

If you're ready for a different kind of partnership, this is where we start.

"Rebecca is an exceptional coach at any stage of your career. Whether you’re defining your leadership style, gearing up for major projects, or regrouping when plans don’t unfold as expected, her guidance equips you with the tools to navigate it all. Most importantly, her ability to listen deeply and understand uniquely sets her apart."

I hold a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from ACT and Brown University’s Leadership Performance Coaching program—an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-approved program. This rigorous, 8-month training is rooted in evidence-based coaching methodologies and leadership development, equipping me with the tools to support leaders in achieving clarity, confidence, and meaningful impact.

With deep expertise in strategy, leadership development, and organizational impact over 25 years, I meet you where you are and help you get where you need to go.

Coaching Structure

Session 1: Ninety-minute session that establishes our relationship and dives deeper into your values

Sessions 2–6: One-hour sessions that focus on your topic that is current, important, and/or unresolved. We work together to explore beliefs, purpose, and emotions that surfaces awareness, make choices more obvious, and ultimately welcome change.

Optional email or text support between sessions

Continued Support

Leadership doesn’t stop evolving—and neither should your growth.

After completing a coaching package, clients often choose to continue with occasional check-ins or support around key moments: a big decision, a team challenge, or a change in direction.

To support that, I offer ad-hoc coaching sessions—available exclusively to past or current clients.

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Tailored to what you need, when you need it
