Leadership is a weird type of lonely.
You are simultaneously surrounded by people and carrying more than you are able to share.
The work looks different- higher stakes decisions that require discretion and an increasingly smaller circle of confidants.
Learning to strike the balance of appropriate vulnerability with the team versus becoming the person they now worry about.
The expectation to be constantly “on” and at your best even in the healthiest of cultures.
Being candid about the state of the organization but not TOO open such that you spook staff.
And less straight talk from those around you.
It is a lot to manage by yourself.
So, let’s tackle it together. I create a space to cut through the noise, work through what’s holding you back, and leave clearer, steadier, stronger.
Not therapy. Not advice from the cheap seats. A coach who listens deeply and uncovers the truth with you, direct but with care.
If this resonates, learn more about how we can work together here.
